Cancel/Exchange/Return Policy

• Cancellation: Once the order is placed, can't be cancelled/refunded.

Please make sure to make COMPLETE UNBOXING VIDEO to claim any of the following:

Exchange: 

• Retrend Jewels provide exchange only if you reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery. Contact us on Whatsapp (+91-8559942692) or Email (retrendjewelsindia@gmail.com).
• To proceed with exchange, 150Rs. pickup and reship charges will be paid by the customer before dispatching the exchange item.
• You can exchange with same value (excluding shipping charges) or higher value product(s). In case the selected item's amount is higher than already paid amount balance amount will be paid before dispatching. 

Return & Refund:

• In case of defective/missing/wrong product: Reach out to us with COMPLETE UNBOXING VIDEO within 2 days of delivery. Contact us on Whatsapp (+91-8559942692) or Email (retrendjewelsindia@gmail.com). Our team will guide you with best possible solutions to help you.
• In case of no defect/missing/wrong product: Return & Refund not available.
