Refund policy

For any claims of missing or defective product, please make a complete un-boxing video of the delivered parcel and send on whatsapp on +91-8559942692 mentioning your order ID or write on on retrendjewelsindia@gmail.com , we will guide you thereafter. 

In case of no defects: Few things to keep in mind when you want to exchange without any issue in the delivered product.

•150₹ shipping charges to be paid for reship and pickup.
•⁠  ⁠Above shipping will NOT be adjusted in the delivered product amount. 
•⁠  ⁠⁠You can select exchange item(s) of same or higher value.
•⁠  ⁠⁠In case of selected item’s value is higher than delivered item’s value. Balance amount needs to be paid beforehand.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like : custom products ( such as special orders or personalized items), and SALE items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
